Using Windows XP-Home and IE6, there is an application, I
think that is using RUNDLL32.EXE, that is starting an
instance of IE6 approximately every 10-minutes on my
machine. The IE6 instances to not show up in the system-
tray, or on-screen, but are located using Task Manager
and manually terminated. What a pain.

I am grateful for whatever assistance that can be
provided.

Jay.
