Can I use a internal Rockwell HCF 56K Speakerphone PCI
Modem with Windows XP-does XP have drivers for it (the CD
only has Win 98 drivers)?

I personally had a VERY hard time getting xp to USE the drivers required
for voice (for an answering machine function). XP installed the driver
it felt was the right one, but it was only a fax/data driver, no voice
function.

After many remove driver/reinstall driver episodes, I finally was able
to get the correct driver installed. But it took a long time to convince
xp to install the driver "I" wanted. I'd install the correct driver,
reboot and the XP driver was there instead.

Don't give up! It will work.

I used to have one that worked with XP using those drivers, but I had it
present on upgrade to XP so I don't know if they will install
successfully., But try, using the Add Hardware, saying you will do it
from a list; choose to add a device from 'Other devices' *not* from
'modems', and browse the Have disk to the inf file on that CD
