Roaming Profiles

How can I stop roaming profiles from being downloaded to a
particular Win2k PC. I have a PC which is setup with
specific software for general use and I want everyone that
logs into to get the same desktop etc not there normal
roaming profile.
 
OT, but why not have everyone log into that PC with a single ID? Or
autologin with that account?
