Has anybody ever ran in to a situation where all of the
roamimg profiles were corrupted and would not load. Here
is the message at the Terminal Server when you would try
to log on:
Windows did not load your roaming profile and is
attempting to log you on with your local profile. Changes
to the profile will not be copied to the server when you
logoff. Windows did not load your profile because a server
copy of the profile folder already exists that does not
have the correct security. Either the current user or the
Administrator's group must be the owner of the folder.

I installed the hive cleanup utility about one month ago, I was also deleting cached logons but Have reverted back after having recreated most of the user profiles.

This error comes up when one of our users has a *.prf
