Roaming Profiles and cached mail

I have several user that have laptops where I want them to have their mail
cached when they are on the road. I do not want their mail cached on every
other computer that they roam to like the Terminal Servers.

How can I configure Outlook so it will only cache their mail on just the
laptop that they use?

Make sure Cached Exchange mode is enabled in the profile on the PCs where
you want the caching and off in the profiles on the PCs where you don't.
 
That will work for non-roaming profiles, but I need something that will also
work with roaming profiles.
