Roaming profile

Well I have a picky user that has a roaming profile
and "sometimes" the icons on his desktop moves when he
logs out on the desktop then logs into the laptop is
there a way to lock it or prevent this the resolution is
the same on both
 
Hello Brad. The particular profile is supposed to be downloaded from the
server. Make sure shortcuts and other items not are created in All Users
Profile at computers, then them are not a part of the user profile and won't
roam.
