Just wonder what happens in this scenario:
Server2003, Active Directory with roaming profiles set up with WinXP
workstations.
Homey logs on to workstation #1 and it loads his profile. He goes to work
and makes various changes to his profile
without logging off of workstation #1 he logs onto workstation #5
On workstation #5 he makes changes to his desktop, my documents and various
other changes that affect his profile.
Now the question:
When both workstations are logged off of, what happens to his profile on the
server? Does it reflect the changes on workstation #1 or #5? Or both?
Someone please explain what happens here.
Another question:
Roaming profiles synchronize deletions right? Well, then how does the
server/workstation relationship know which side had the deletion last?
Thanks for any input on the synchronization confusion.
