Hi
We would like to use roaming user profiles for some of our workers, can they
take there Outlook settings with them if I copy the user profile up to the
server? they are on 2000 and XP
We have a 2000 server and A/D on the company domain.

I quickly set one up today but I couldn't get outlook to work when I logged
on using a test user, the outlook version is 2000 by the way

Thanks in advance
Duncan

Please specify your problem

Weren't you able to configure Outlook for the test user to begin with or
didn't the settings travel with the roaming profile?
Error messages? Type of mail service? POP3, IMAP, Exchange...?

Roaming Windows profiles will bring over the mail profiles. Note that
profiles are not compatible between different OSes - so don't expect an XP
user to be able to log in successfully to a W2k PC and then back to XP.
