Roaming between networks

I have a laptop which I use to travel between corporate
and my home network. At work we use DHCP with a domain,
but at home I use static IP addresses for my workgroup of
computers. Here's the question, can I set up my laptop
so at startup I can select which type of network I will
be using, either dynamic IP's or static IP's?
