Hi,

I configured already roaming profiles in OU and folders
redirection at the same time for My documents Staff, the
problem that i have know happens when i upload the roaming
profile it works fine but i can't access the e-mails
already dowloaded to the computer; However i can send and
receive e-mail from the moment that I configured Roaming
profiles.
What do i missing in the config !!

This is well known problem (maybe "pain in the a.." is better
description) with OE and roamin profiles (or TS profiles):

One of the solutions is to change default location of the OE folders to
some folder which is synchronized with the profiles.
 
Or use Outlook instead...although it isn't supported to store/access PST
files on a LAN/WAN connection, many people do it just fine - you could put
it in the user's home directory. OE on a network is sucky.
