I have contacted roadrunner several times and they have been unable to help
me with my problem. The homepage for roadrunner appears as a blue screen
and says done in lower left hand corner. They had me clear cookies, files
and
history(I also deleted files including off line just for good measure.) I
have reinstalled activex controls 3 times updated my Java, turned off my
fire
wall and pop blocker can anyone help?
