When I log in to Roadrunner High Speed online, I only get a blue screen when
I should get the home page.
Troubleshooting with RR result in a patch download from MS that did not work.
Any suggestions?

What MS "patch" did Road Runner have you download, KB number, please.

I am working off of XP Home Edition v 5.1 with SP2.
They had me download patch KB917425 in response to KB912812
I don't get any error message, just a blue screen inside the IE.
