RoadRunner Flash Home Page Blue Screen

My RoadRunner "flash" home page used to work fine but since 4/19/06 I just
get a blue screen. The HTML version of the home page works fine. I tried
downloading KB917425 to fix the problem but I get an error message indicating
that the fix is not compatible with the version of IE that I'm using. I'm
using Windows XP Service Pack 2 and IE 6. I also have MS Automatic Updates
turned on and have been regularly receiving these updates. I've tried
working with RoadRunner technical support to fix my blue screen problem but
none of their suggestions have worked. Any suggestions to fix this problem
(including why the KB917425 download won't work) are appreciated.

The Blue Screen error message is?
What Road-Runner home page are you using?

Note: I have no issues with flash images on the above page.
Without any blue screen error message to work with, it is most difficult
at best, the troubleshoot the blue screen error.
