I can not reply or forward email that did not get sent to my road runner email address. I can send new email from rr, but not reply to email that I got from my other email accounts that were not sent to me at rr. Road Runner support tells me this is due to anti-spammer controls built into their email servers. I travel and want to have Outlook pick up my mail from several different email accounts and be able to reply to each one. If I can't do this, I either have to copy/paste replys and forwards, or got to each one of my email accounts and check mail
Surely someone has run into this before. It's a real hassle to have to individually thru-out the day go to 4 different business email accounts to check each one of them. I don't quit understand why an internet account anywhere from any isp does not let your email just go out to your business accounts incoming servers. RR says this is so 3rd party email spammers can not take over their email servers and send out tons of mail
I can get my email from any of my email accounts, I just can't reply back to them because the email address to me was not at rr
What is the solution to be able to use Outlook from any isp in the country with several email accounts and receive and rely/forward that email right back to where it came from
Microsoft XP Professiona
Office Outlook 200
Thanks
