Found this in Google (for an RMA)

http://rma.asus.com/enduser/RmaRequest.aspx

This one could be used for tech support, to
get a case number before phoning for tech
support. Since the phone call is a toll
call (no 1-800), saving time wasted on
recording system particulars, is a good
thing.

Hi,
Unfortunately I had to go thru this procedure a few weeks ago. Call Tel:
510-739-3777 (select option 3) or
Fax: 510-608-4511 the RMA Dept in Cal. You'll waste your time trying to
email or submit by server (it's always down). You'll receive an email from
the customer service rep and it will have detail instructions on returning
the board. They don't want the box or any accessories from it, but they
won't accept it if it's broken. I had my wife send it back in a laptop box
from UPS. It cost $18.10 total for the packaging and shipping to KY from CT,
but I had no choice really. Make sure the RMA number is on the label. The
UPS store did everything for my wife, but I did include the email
instructions I received. I received a new board from Cal. in less than 10
days. HTH, good luck

Called them and started the process. Been using ASUS for years
first one I have ever had to rma. Great boards.
