.rm files convert to mp3

I dled music from my friend and it was a rm file (realmedia) file but my mp3
player only accpets mp3s... so i need a program that converts from rm to
mp3... ive tried downloading a couple but they didnt work or if theres
another method plz help

Why not use RealPlayer 10.5? It will easily convert them.
