Was playing with a leacher app http://www.httrack.com/
and snagging a spooky site http://www.eyeball-series.org/
and lo... every time afterwards when I would reboot something tried to
invoke my dsl modem to connect, which I promptly killed, this was a
repetitive action until I yanked the RJ45.
I ran hijackthis but nothing showed, maybe some RK got installed by the
leacher bot cause I didn't click on anything from the site.
Since I don't have a packet sniffer currently installed I couldn't tell
what it was trying to get out.
Easy fix was to save my mail and news folders, the only thing changed
since yesterday's ghost, then revert and import the saved folders.
Curious, anyone have similar experience with this website copier?
Maybe I'll try the earlier version I've got in an appz archive somewhere
to see if I get the same 'souvenir'.
FWIW: Version giving weirdness v3.40, my older version in the archive is
v3.33 I don't recall any issues with that one except miss "L" getting
pissed at me a few years ago, BFD <g>

Try re-posting in your native tongue. Your English is abysmal.

That's just the abyss between your ears creating the echo,
try to ignore it, no it won't go away, but maybe you will.

Okay, you don't know how to do it. Hint: Use UTF-8.
