Try applying a custom animation of entrance > wipe (from bottom or left
depending on the chart)
Double click the entry in the custom animation pane and in "chart animation"
choose an alternative to "as one object"

I have two bubble charts in Excel showing before and after data. How
can I use "motion path" to present this information in Powerpoint
showing the bubbles in their before and after state on one slide.
