Trying to install an XP image down from a W2K server SP4 with updated
version of RIS (Q313069). Upload went fine (after slipstreaming SP1 into the
flat file). I am getting a STOP: 0x000000BB error just after the RIS image
download reaches the "Starting Windows" stage of the text setup. I have
updated the NIC drivers according to multiple KB articles and included the
newest version of e100b325.inf as per the KB also. I have updated the Flash
BIOS on my NIC to a version of the PXE later that 3....2 as per the KB.
EVERYTHING appears to be correct and up to date and I am running out of
ideas. I have searched the KB and Google and done everything listed I can
find...any help out there from MS?
BTW...I also have a W2K image that works fine so it appears to not be
hardware related. Both images are on identical hardware so HAL is not an
issue.
