RIS error connection to global catalog

I need help, how do I fix this error:
The Remote Installation service encountered an error while attempting to
connect to the directory service via the global catalog.
 
Nathan,

I would make sure DNS is properly configured in the domain and a DC holding
the GC role is online.

How do ensure that the Global Catalog is functioning correctly on the Domain
Controller?
