RIS(CIW hangs at screen "Caution your disk will be deleted....)

I have two domain controllers (Win2000/SP3, upgrade from
NT4) wich running DHCP service. I installed RIS on member
server running Win2000 SP2. I use riprep.exe to dump an
image from WinXP computer. Every think was allright, but
when I tried to load image to client computer everything
hangs at screen "Caution your disk will be deleted....).
I installed SP4 on RIS server, and then i could not
authenticate with my user name and password.

Any suggestions
