Ripping audio from a DVD

I've got some concert DVD's and would like to rip the
audio track only onto CD. Can this be done and, if so,
how?
 
ya it can be done, but it is a very complicated process,
since the audio files and video files are contained within
one vob file, if u are inexperienced with such things then
i would give it up but if not there is a program called
gordian knot, and there are several guides on how to use it
