While surfing I came across this free Ringtone installer :
"MonkeyBongo Ringtone Installer DJ"
Will somebody please tell me about it, that is whether it is safe to
install
it or not?

What kind of phone? Most programs only work with a single
manufacturer's phones, or only a subset of that.

I did note (since it is at other sites) that the software seems to
be for Windows XP only. And NOT alot of details!!!! Scary!

Depending on the type of phone you have, you can create your own ringtones
using Audacity; ok the program may be more than you need, but it's free and
safe to install.
