I recently developed an Access 2002 application on my
home computer (Windows XP Pro). On one of my forms I was
relying on a right-click context menu to appear to do a
delete of a line item. It works fine. When I brought it
to the office however, the right-click does nothing. No
context menu appears. I would assume it's an option
somewhere, but I can't seem to find out where. Is it
Access or Windows? Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Evan

You must have developed a Shortcut Menu Bar and attached it to your Form at
home. Check the "Shortcut Menu" and "Shortcut Menu Bar" Property of the
Form in the "Other" tab of the Properties window for the Form.

Shortcut Menu = "YES"
Shortcut Menu Bar = null

I know I didn't specifically define a Menu Bar and
even if I had, why wouldn't it go with the form to
the new computer?

Clue: The right-click menu appears when you click on
the border (left side) of the subform record.
The submenu appears as: New Record; Delete; Cut; Copy;
Paste; Row Height.

It seems to me that it must be a parameter somewhere, but
I am at a loss to explain it.

Have you checked whether the default Menus / ShortCut Menus are allowed in
the database? They are the options in The Menu Tools / StartUp ...
