right to left language install

I have a windows xp professional, and I am trying to
install right to left languages so I can get arabic
support for my keyboard input, but I do not have a
Windows xp CD, because the computer asks me for it.. I
don't know what do download from microsoft.com, can
someone help?
 
You'll need a Windows XP CD in order to install the additional files
required for Arabic keyboard support. Those files are not available for
downloading from any Microsoft website.

Go to the control panel, select Date Time,Language,
Click to expand...
Regional/ then add language, the other options are self
explanitory. The other Languages are already on your
Windows XP CD. Hope this helps
