What specific rights are required to enable a user to log on locally or via
RDP and bump off another user?
Occasionally, a user will neglect to log off an RDP session, thus making the
Administrators group the only users that can log on and thus bump the user
off the RDP session. I would like to enable this:
Administrator can bump anyone (it's already that way)
Power Users (or some other group) can bump each other (I don't want to put
everyone in the Administrators group).
I have two examples: one in a Windows 2000 SBS domain, and one on a
standalone PC. In these cases, I'm not worried about abuse (i.e. users
bumping others off without cause), but convenience so that users can bump
another user if the other user simply forgets to log off.
