Right Clicking on Task Bar Causes Computer To Hang

Everytime I right click on the task bar it cause the
computer to hang for about 30 seconds, I have verifed that
all the hardware is working properly, what else could it
be.

First thing you want to check into is to see what kind of things are running
on the computer that maybe shouldn't be. Open Task Manager and see what
kinds of EXE files are in memory. If you see one you don't recognize, try
searching for it on Google to make sure it isn't spyware for instance. You
can also try coming up in Safe Mode to see if it works properly there. If it
does, then that shows that it is something loading in memory that is causing
this. Basically anything third-party that is hooking into Explorer.exe is a
likely culprit.
