right clicking on an appointment flashes a menu, but I cant acces

the Kibble Goddess

in outlook calendar - when i right click on an appointment to delete, the
menu flashes up, but disappears instantly. How do I fix it to stay displayed
so I can click the delete or other button?

Microsoft Office Small Business 2007 - Outlook 2007 w/business Contact
Manager (which I don't use). I upgraded a few months ago, and this feature
never has worked. Friend w/ same program has same problem.

I'm running MS Vista on a Dell vostro 2510
And no, do not have this problem in other folders.

Uninstall BCM and see if that changes the results.
