Please help have installed a programme which has added a
shortcut to my drop down menu on my computer , how do i
remove this as i keep opening the programme instead of
explore thanks everyone

What drop down menu (drop down menu aren't actually in windows - it uses popup or pull down menus). Where is this nmenu and what is on it.

right click you get drop down list explore open etc. psp
has added itself to this list

Type Regedit in Start Run
Navigate to
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell
and look for something with PSP in it and delete it.

Thanks for your help but no psp on that link or any other
sorry to be a pain but do you have any other ideas.
Have checked all references to the link you gave me in
regestry but does not appear to be the correct one?

And we are sure it's nowhere else. Not on other folders?

And is it in the top section. I don't type these things for fun. So get with the program and either confirm or deny my questions, not ignore them.

I hate asking questions and being ignored. I asked one person in messenger a question 12 times without an answer or response to it at all last week.

To save going back and forth I made diagnosis based on incomplete infomatiuon, made assumptions, given you the solution based on that, but also included those assumptions so you can correct if necessary.
