I have enabled the Group Policy
UserCOnfiguration/Administrative Templates/Start Menu &
Taskbar/Disable Drag and Drop Context on the Start Menu.

i was told this would stop the right mouse click button
from working, which is what i want. It hasnt and users can
still right click on the start menu button and explore.

how do i disable this.

any help appreciated.

The closest thing I can found is:

User Configuration\AdministrativeTemplates\Start Menu & Taskbar\Prevent
changes to Taskbar and Start Menu Settings

Removes the Taskbar and Start Menu item from Settings on the Start menu.
This setting also prevents the user from opening the Taskbar Properties
dialog box.

If the user right-clicks the taskbar and then clicks Properties, a message
appears explaining that a setting prevents the action.
