Right click won't close the window...

Recently when I try to right click and close IE7 I get a ding and it won't
close the window. It only happens when there are 2 tabs on IE. It will close
if there is 1 tab. I don't know what is going on but if anyone can help me I
would greatly appreciate the help.
 
a check box should appear that warns you about that you have more tabs open
and if you want too close explore anyway.
