right click to save photos doesn't work?

Hi,
In 98, I could right click to save photos on my kids team
website. When I try to do this with XP now, it no longer
works. I get the error message "X could not open -----
because unknown or invalid JPEG marker encountered"
How do I get it to work like 98????

.Bill I got the same problem with my xp home, i can not
