Mr. Needs help

When online, when the tab comes up by clicking the right
mouse button, how can I get rid of some things that appear
on the tab( as in other things beside print, copy, paste,
properties etc.) Thanks

**Backup your Registry First**
Choose applicable O/S
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;256419
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=322756

Type "regedit" (no quotes) from your Run > Dialog box, navigate to this key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt]

Remove offending items.
