Right Click Shortcut menu

Can someone tell me how to remove options in the right-click shortcut menu. There are options showing, to previous programs that I have removed from the system, but the options are still there.
 
Thank you Hustedj. I went to the site suggested but have no idea what they are talking about. I tried typing the items mentioned after clicking on run. Each time I tried it would display item not found. In case you haven't guessed I'm not familier with how things operate. That is how I got to come up with these questions. Isn't there an easy way to do things. I guess I will have to just leave the items there. Like I said, I have removed the programs the shortcut menu is displaying. Thank you anyways.

Click on "R".
 
I did as dev suggested. It took a while but I finally found what you were talking about. The only problem now is that the two programs I am trying to delete were not listed. I still may not be explaining what I'm trying to do in the right way. The enties I am trying to remove are not listed in the (Open With) option. They are just located in the right click shortcut menu. The name of the programs are Change Icon and Folder Style.
