Is there a way to add folders to the left pane on
the "Save pictures to" window? You can in WORD by editing
the registry. Thanks!

She didn't give her OS but I suspect that Faye is referring to this feature
of XP and Windows 2000 file dialogs.

However, that is for customizing Word. ;(

More searching reveals that PlacesBar is a relevant keyword
for this requirement and supposedly the TweakUI utility can be used
to customize it.
