right-click 'properties' freeware

i used to have a freeware item which added an extra 'properties' panel
to my right-click menu right below the normal 'properties' which
allowed me to easily change file extensions (amongst other things).

does anyone know what this item is called and where i can get it?

thanks for trying, but that isn't the one.

what i'm seeking basically put an 'extra properties' or 'more
properties' option right below 'properties' on the right-click menu.
when clicked it would provide a page full of file properties very
similar to the original 'properties' tab, but with a few enhancements
- such as the ability to easily view/chance file extensions.

There was one called more properties.
