Right click options menu takes 70seconds to appear

I am running Windows XP professional with all the
updates. Office 2003.

When I right click on a document, it takes over 70
seconds for the options menu to appear on the screen. It
also takes 70 seconds for the documents to open. Has
anyone seen this before??
