Hi, somehow i must have managed to change a setting and
now i cant right click any of the shortcuts on my start
menu, this is proving to be a apin as i cant delete any
of them and now its so full i cant see the end 2 rows.

You need to enable the "Enable Dragging and Dropping" Option in your start
menu properties. Follow these steps:

Classic Start Menu:
Right-click Taskbar, Properties, click Start Menu tab, choose Customize
Enable the option "Enable Dragging and Dropping."

For New Start Menu:
Right-click Taskbar, Properties, click Start Menu tab, choose Customize
Click "Advanced" tab and enable the option "Enable Dragging and Dropping."

If you're unable to right-click on the desktop or icons, relax the
"NoViewContextMenu" policy setting:

If Ramesh' help doesn't do it, try this using keyboard. SHIFT + F10 gives
right-click menu for a selected object. This at least will help you clean
up things.
