right click on desktop is slow

Hi,

When I right click on the desktop or anywhere in the
Explorer, and scroll down to New, it's stocking and takes
about 20-30 sec to open. What the issue can it be? Please
help.

Are you running Norton anti virus? There's an update for this issue from
them.

McAfee antivirus had a similar problem. Not sure if it was ever resolved
though.
