Right click not working in the Messages pane

Suddently yesterday the right click is not working in the Messages pane of
outlook. It is working in the folders list and the preview pane but not in
the messages list. Does anyone know what the reason can be?

Did that and also a repair and run scanpst also
I was thinking it may be some setting...
