right click menu's

i opened a webpage and loads of pop ups came up and
installed loads of objects on my computer, i 've deleted
all of it i think but when ever i right click on a web
page extra there a new options and they connect to other
websites. i was wandering if there is a way to get rid of
them?
 
Did you ever get a workable ansewr to your question? I
have the same trouble, and I want to remove a nasty link
from my right-click menu.

Please be advised that this a "Registry Edit"
Do not perform this task if you are not comfortable with Registry editing.

Type "regedit" (no quotes) in your Run > Dialog Box.
Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
Remove offensive item(s). This is *not* a complete fix.

Scan your system for Spyware, download and run SpyBot Search & Destroy
