Description of Multilingual Menus and Dialog Boxes for Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer Pluggable UI (IEPlugUI, also called Multilingual Menus and
Dialog Boxes for I. E.) is a set of self-installable packages that change
the menus, dialog boxes, and Help in Internet Explorer (and some Windows
Explorer menus and dialog boxes) from the system's native language to
another language.
