There are several websites that appear in the menu when I
right click while Internet Explorer is open. Does anyone
know how to remove these?

Using ToolbarCop to remove the unwanted Toolband, Toolbar Icons and BHO:

You can remove the context menu entries as well.

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

You may need to check for parasites as well.
