Right Click menu

I hope I've come to the right place. I need to know how
to edit the right click menu whenever I'm in internet
explorer and I right click something besides cut, copy,
paste and the normal stuff show up, I think a web site
added it by its self, can anyone help me? Or give me the
address of someone who can help?

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.
