Right-Click Menu in IE [HELP]

Hey, I just noticed today that when I right-click in
internet explorer it has a link to a website in the menu
just above properties. How can I delete it?
 
Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
