Hi;
I am using Windows 2000 professional SP3 for 1 year on my
box. Today I open the box and plug in network, when I
right click on a file at windows explorer or desktop,
hourglass appears and it waits for a very long time, some
times it drops to "not reponding" at task manager,then it
opens the menu. If I unplug from network, it works
properly. I look at event log but there is no error.

Do you have any suggestions about this issue?

Thanks;

Burcu

Same problem (with SP4 and update pathces). On ms.pub.w2k.general
someone suggest it is NAV (if you have it and also have LiveUpdate
enabled for automatic update).

I'd suggest to concentrate postings on this topic on .general newsgroup
