It doesn't seem like a standard Access function but it's used in all MS windows apps. How can I have this function to work in Access? TIA.

It does work in Access, depending on where you are. For example, it won't work in report preview.

Do I need to work with menu options in the Start-up menu? I unchecked all those menu options. May be that is why. Which menu option should I pick? TIA.

I just went through the options. The only one I see that may cause this is in the Startup... options under the Tools menu, "Allow default shortcut menus".
