Right click disabled

In trying to paste info to a web form I get IE
message "right click disabled." This occurred for the
first time today and is not happening with all web sites.
It isn't limited to secure web sites. I haven't changed
settings. Any ideas?

The page most like has javascript that "disables" right click so you cannot
view the source of the page.
