Right Click ability now missing in Outlook Express 6

After 2 weeks of a new computer running OK I'm having trouble as I can no
longer access the Right Click method of Moving to Folder in Outlook Express 6
Have re-installed XP - no luck - Have made New Identity and all OK for 2
days. have even installed new programms yesterday and all was OK - and still
was this morning - I took on a suggestion that I made new folders all ready
to rename should it go wrong once more was done. After an automatic System
Checkpoint I note I'm back to no R CL again
I cannot add new Folders either from R Cl the Inbox on LHS nor from File New
Folder I know I can drag to folders but when I run out of personal folders
I'm stuck
Any suggestions will be most welcome

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup like

You have two choices: configure a news account in your newsreader (often
Outlook Express), or use your web browser to access the newsgroup. I prefer
the former. The latter is
<http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie...px?dg=microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general>
or
<http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie...ublic.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress>
 
Thanks Brian for the links I discovered that uninstalling my McAfee
Security I've brought everything back in place but thanks for your links
which I've copied in case of need in the future (sorry so late in answering)
