Righ click menu

Diddy Kong

All of a sudden, or so it seems, whenever I right-click something it takes a
long time (30 seconds) for the menu to pop up. It only does it the first
time I right-click something, after that the menu pops up right away. It
does this on anything that I right-click. Once I restart the computer, it
starts all over again.

Any ideas???

Right-click on MY COMPUTER and select:
Properties > Advanced > Performance Settings
and uncheck "Show Shadows under Menus"
and click APPLY.

Nice, it changed my desktop to the 'new' desktop. Why?
I want my classic desktop back... waaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh
